Graduate Fellowship
Learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and receive supervision from DBT experts at Santa Fe DBT, LLC.
SFDBT has been offering this two-year graduate fellowship for the past six years.


What to expect?
-
Training in a comprehensive treatment for severe, multi-problem, difficult-to-treat diagnoses (incl. personality disorders and pervasive emotion dysregulation using adherent DBT)
-
Full participation in providing individual therapy as well as skills class group therapy
-
Two hours of expert supervision, incl. supervisor’s weekly review of audio-taped sessions, provided by a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™
-
Ongoing continuing education, incl. CE’s
-
Assistance in learning the basics of private clinical practice
-
10-12 hours per week, incl. two paid supervision hours
-

This is a two-year fellowship
Requirements:

Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents/green-card holders
-
Fluency in English
-
Master of Social Work Degree or Master of Arts in Counseling
-
At the start of the fellowship, applicant must be licensed in New Mexico (LMSW, LMHC)
-
Willing and able to make a two-year commitment
-
Willing and able to read required texts and articles, learn evidence-based methods, and adhere to evidence-based standards
-
Internet access
-
Cellphone with email and text capability
-
Strong interest in private clinical practice
